World Pharmacists Day 2019 are becoming more fresh by having a variety of new events that we provided for UiTM pharmacy students. Below is the list of activities that we held for WPD:
1. Blood Donation (24th September 2019)

3. CPD Talk (25th September 2019)
4. Break a sweat (13th - 24th September 2019)
5. Short Video competition (21st September 2019)

The most exciting part of WPD is the CPD talk session because we had a great and famous speakers with inspiring background who shared their life experiences that may help us to get through the challenges as pharmacy students. The speakers are Mr Shahir Anuar Shahrani, Miss Aimi Syazwani Abdul Malek and Mr Kevin Zahri Abdul Ghaffar. All of them gave talks regarding mental health and intelligence as these are the main topic for CPD Talk.

In addition to the exciting CPD Talk, we also offered Pharmagift as appreciation tokens from the students to our beloved and dedicated lecturers. Break a Sweat is another activity that was held during WPD. It was a simple activity with the objective to promote healthy lifestyle to students. In this event, students were required to accomplish 5km running by proving their run using an application that was known as Runtastic.
Last but not least, the short video competition as a platform for the students to show off their creativity in creating a video according to our World Pharmacists Day 2019 theme which is ' Safe and Effective Medicines for All '.

Not to be forgotten we also had a short session with Yakult and got a bunch of free goodies from them. The Yakult's representative said, she didn't expect would have many audiences and overwhelmed responds from us on that day.
